No, Boggus does not mean lame or phony. That spelling is bogus.
B-O-double-G-U-S is my name. (Yes, I know, please tell me how bogus that is.)
I graduated from Michigan State University in 2017, where I completed my Bachelors degree in communications arts and sciences.
I came into college knowing my strengths were writing and running my mouth. Knowing that I hope, one day to develop those skills into trade, and to take my trade with me wherever I go. On my journey to find my career i plan to document my experiences and not let life pass me by.
I am most reliable for my knowledge of NFL football in the realm of sports. I have written opinion pieces and gamers, recorded podcasts and collaborated on long form graphics. I aspire to prove my analysis of the game through my coaching the game, continuing my coverage of NFL news and winning (more) fantasy football championships.
I started playing football in backyards, then moving on to middle and high school ball and even some intra-mural flag football at MSU. These days I spend my spare time coaching my younger brother who has been playing football since he was nine.
But I am not just a jock with a pen. I am a Game of Thrones nerd——I read all the books. I consider myself a conisseur of the Hip-Hop arts, I try to teach myself French in my spare time, and I dabble in Greek mythology.
My studies have weaved me through reporting and editing. I would be lying if I said I knew what I wanted to do for my career, but what I do know is that wherever my work takes me, I will always bring my sense of humor, and down-to-earth positive attitude.
I am a communicator, reader, writer and amateur film critic. I edit in CMS and AP style and have been told I have a great face for radio.
Competitor, gamer and fantasy football fanatic who despises wet socks, wobbly tables and people who mumble.
